News Messages. Send a news message now
You can send News Messages manually from the Management Console. This option sends a News Message immediately from the IM server and does not depend on the scheduled date/time specified for it.
To send a News Message manually open the News Messages view in the tree, right-click the message and select "Send now" from the pop-up menu.
You can also select "News\Send now..." from the main menu or use the  button on the toolbar.

Click Yes to confirm sending the News Message. The Management Console will display a message box with the status of sending message.
 |
The Send now option is not supported in the Administration Installation Mode of the Management Console. Because this feature controls the IM server service, it is unable to control the service remotely from another computer.
