You can use keyboard shortcuts to perform a lot of tasks available in the Management Console, which helps to increase your efficiency.

| Ctrl+A | Add a user account |
| Ctrl+E | Edit the selected user account |
| Ctrl+G | Add a Messaging Group |
| Ctrl+M | Move the selected user account to another Organizational Unit (OU) |
| Ctrl+N | Add a News Message |
| Ctrl+O | Open the Options dialog box |
