Quick Answers
The list on the Quick Answers tab includes phrases that frequently used as answers to incoming messages. This function saves you from typing the same answer each time and allows to choose it from the popup menu near the 
Reply button on the message toolbar.
To open the options dialog click 
Options button on the toolbar or use Ctrl+O hotkey.
You can paste a quick answer from the sending dialog box, just click Paste Quick Answer button on the sending toolbar above the message text field.
